IMPORTANT
NOTE:
Most people can juice-fast safely. The exceptions are those
with hypoglycemia, diabetes, hypothyroid, and Wilson's Syndrome.
Do not juice-fast if you have impaired kidney function.
If in any doubt whatsoever please consult your General Practitioner.
Should you decide, ultimately, not to join us for a supervised
juice-fast, we would still recommend you visit some of the
Web sites on our Links page. We believe their content could
benefit your future health.

Fast Results
You will start to experience the benefits associated with a juice-fast
in the space of just a few days following a Jejuno juice-fasting
programme - a three step plan consisting of:
Drinking only freshly prepared fruit juices in the form of
'fruit shakes' which have had the fruit pulp removed
and have been supplemented with essential minerals and bulking agents.
Taking
a tried and tested combination of herbs, (produced in capsule
form by an accredited US manufacturer), to help break-down a lifetime's
accumulation of mucus and other debris in the colon.
Using Colonic Hydrotherapy, an essential part of the cleansing
process, to help remove toxins, mucus and other debris which are
continually being released into the system during the juice fast.
During
a seven-day programme at one of our UK juice-fasting retreats, individuals
typically experience an increased sense of well-being, renewed energy,
clearer thought, and a sense of purity.
Net
result: you will be left feeling completely refreshed, rejuvenated,
and ready to take on the world and anything it can throw at you.
You really will feel like a new person.
