Why Juice Fast?
The Reason | Good News | How? | The Juice Fast | Fast Results

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Most people can juice-fast safely. The exceptions are those with hypoglycemia, diabetes, hypothyroid, and Wilson's Syndrome. Do not juice-fast if you have impaired kidney function. If in any doubt whatsoever please consult your General Practitioner.
Should you decide, ultimately, not to join us for a supervised juice-fast, we would still recommend you visit some of the Web sites on our Links page. We believe their content could benefit your future health.

The Juice Fast
As an alternative, the much less severe practice of a 'juice-fast' or, more accurately, 'fresh juice elimination diet' has gained in popularity in recent years.

Most healthy people don't need a strict water fast to aid in detoxification. Instead, a short (seven day) juice-fast, actually provides greater benefit. The fresh fruit juices used introduce valuable enzymes into the system and reduce some of the unpleasant side-effects normally associated with a water fast - light-headedness, fatigue and headaches.

The essence of a fruit or vegetable - its potent combination of essential vitamins, minerals, and trace elements - is contained in its juice. At Jejuno™ we extract this juice using professional extraction equipment designed to separate the juice from the insoluble fibre, or, pulp. This enables the body to consume a ready made cocktail of nutrients in its most powerful, concentrated and body-friendly form.
