IMPORTANT
NOTE:
Most people can juice-fast safely. The exceptions are those
with hypoglycemia, diabetes, hypothyroid, and Wilson's Syndrome.
Do not juice-fast if you have impaired kidney function.
If in any doubt whatsoever please consult your General Practitioner.
Should you decide, ultimately, not to join us for a supervised
juice-fast, we would still recommend you visit some of the
Web sites on our Links page. We believe their content could
benefit your future health.

The Reason
We are all born with a basic clean bill of health; we inherit our
genetic make-up from our parents, but, thereafter, the level we
attain in our physical and mental well-being, is largely a product
of what we eat and drink, and how we take care of our bodies. This,
in turn can affect our entire outlook upon life.
We can control these factors. But it is the extent to which we choose
to do so that ultimately differentiates us from others and which,
all things being equal, dictates the quality and length of our lives.
No one can get away with 'burning the candle at both ends' for many
years before that lifestyle starts to take its toll on looks, shape,
and upon emotional and physical well-being.
